SAME DAY DISPATCH
Orders received before 12pm, Sunday to Thursday will be dispatched the same day.
Orders placed on public holidays, weekends and after 12pm on Thursday will be dispatched on the following working day.
- STANDARD DELIVERY
- > 2-4 days: AED 10.00 - sent with Aramax
All orders over AED 250 will receive FREE standard delivery.
- EXPRESS DELIVERY
- > 24-48 hours: AED 25.00 - sent with Aramax (Sun to Thu - no weekend deliveries)
- CHANGES TO ORDERS / CANCELLING ORDERS
Please be careful to check all billing and shipping information before an order is placed, as orders are processed quickly and changes are unable to be made once they've been received and accepted. This also includes changing styles, colours and/or sizes.
We may be able to cancel your order prior to dispatch, but we cannot guarantee this. Most orders are dispatched within 1 - 2 hours of receipt and we cannot cancel your order or make changes to your address after this time.
